The level of remuneration is set in line with the market for the position and is also naturally related to the knowledge, experience and qualities of the individual concerned.


The Executive Director is the key management leader of INAC and is responsible for overseeing the administration and strategic plan of the organisation, providing world class business support to INAC members and to the Board.
The Executive Director is also responsible for developing, leading and executing plans and programs designed to build relationships between offices and regions and will facilitate the sharing of executive search intelligence and best practice. Other key duties include new member expansion, integration, marketing and conference planning. The position reports directly to the elected President and the Board of Directors.

The role will be based in Europe, UK or the America’s, and at times, will require international travel.

Functie eisen

• A University degree
• Ten or more years management experience
• Experience in the Executive Search Industry and cross-border work experience highly desirable
• Previous experience in organisations or networks with a culture focussed on member orientation and inclusiveness is highly desirable

• Fluency in English is mandatory, and Spanish ideal. The ability to speak or understand additional languages will be highly regarded.
• Strong written and oral communication skills,
• Transparent and high integrity leadership with proven management skills
• Strong organisational abilities including planning, delegating and task facilitation.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, inspiring and driving others towards INAC development and growth.
• Cultural sensitivity, with well-developed stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment within general policy guidelines.
• Collaborative and collegiate at all times, with strong influencing skills
• Strong sense of self awareness and a high level of maturity.
