Coaching

During the first one-on-one meeting your Nassau Group Consultant will try to identify the question behind the question. What really makes you tick? What do you really want and need? The aim of the Coaching Process is to define the Ultimate Goal. In case we hit it off, a three-way conversation may follow. The Coaching Process usually takes no longer than six months. During the process the focus will be on Self Reflection, Self Motivation, and Self Management. Our approach will be business-like yet personal, confrontational but warm, inviting and challenging. In between meetings you will be working on practical assignments, in order to help internalise the knowledge obtained during the meetings. Between meetings you will remain in touch via e-coaching, allowing your Coach to keep track of your progress, and assist when required.

All elements of the Coaching Process are directly related to the Coaching Question, of the coachee as well as the client. In the final interview the question(s) will be evaluated, and may be followed up with additional steps.
